  Please do your homework. This company does not care about their customers after the sale. Our property has a mosquito infested swamp in the yard after every rain. All the water from the rest of the development drains into our yard. Shotty workmanship on the home as well. A decent price but found out you get what you pay for. I have recommended our realtor not deal with them in the future. BUYER BEWARE.
